Printing
1. Coated paper, four-color film, 175 screen lines.
2. The specification of Communications Weekly is
265*375mm (width*height).
3. Full-page advertisement: for left binding, 3mm
extra on the top, bottom and right sides for
bleeding; for right binding, 3mm extra on the top,
bottom and left sides for bleeding.
4. Agreement should be reached otherwise for other
special advertisement positions and advertisement
forms.
Notes on Advertising Rate
◆ A surcharge of 20% for preferred position;
◆ A surcharge of 20% for designing for clients;
◆ The quotes already includes a commission of 15%;
◆ A discount of 3% for advertisers who make payments
before the advertisement is published.
Terms of Payment
The payment shall be made within 30 business days
after the advertisement is carried. After the time
limit expires, a penalty of 5‰ shall be collected for
each month delayed.

Notices on Advertising
1. Content of advertisements should comply with the
Advertisement Law of the P.R.C. and other statutes.
2. Advertisers should present written documents and
sign a contract with Communications Weekly when
ordering advertisement. The contract becomes legally
binding once it is signed by the two parties.
3. If the advertiser needs Communications Weekly to
design the advertisement, relevant materials shall be
submitted to the Advertising Department of
Communications Weekly 14 days before publishing.
4. Color films shall be submitted to the Advertising
Department five days before publishing. For color
advertisements, color proof must be provided. If there
is no color proof, films with color code shall be
provided.
5. Coated paper, four-color film, 175 screen lines;
newsprint, 133 screen lines.
